Sacred to the memory of C W Hathaway who departed this life Jul 28th 1915 aged 51 years. His precept in life was do unto others as you would they should do unto you. Life is what one makes it. 25 years Works Manager Triumph Cycle Co Ltd. Erected by the works staff and employees of the Triumph Cycle Co Ltd as a token of their deepest respect and esteem. Sec Lieut Sydney Hathaway RFC killed in an aerial battle over the German lines Jan 12th 1916 aged 18 years. Also of Kate wife of Charles Walter Hathaway who died Sep 21st 1938 aged 64 years.
